YOGAMARS THERAPY - YOURS FOR LIFE

The prime concern of every individual is happiness, which means the harmonizing of a healthy body. Material prosperity alone will not produce happiness.

Even to achieve material prosperity the important requisite is health, which is one's greatest asset. Regular 30 minutes of Yogamars exercises with proper relaxation is worth the challenge.

Ordinary exercises develop the superficial muscles of the body only, whereas Yogamars postures are intended for through exercising of the internal organs such as brain, liver, spleen, pancreas, intestines, heart, lung and the endocrine glands.

Stagnation of blood in the arteries is prevented and blood is circulated feely in the entire body. It promotes the spine, the most important structure of the body.

In realizing the Yogamars is a way of live and a dynamic system of physical and internal exercises, the staff of SCM, under the instruction of Dr Mannokaran, an experience Yogamars master, started their first level in SCM.

It is a believe that if we practiced regularly and sincerely, a return of vitality and wonderful peace of mind will be result.
